As a visual map-maker and maker of objects, I value my freedom to travel, explore, question and observe. Here are a selection images from my ‘same, same but different’ collection of signs.

Performance Coaching

My aim is to support people to help themselves unlock thinkings and skills so these can be used to develop successful ways forward. The sessions are always confidential with the aim to develop shared trust, equality and empathy between coachee and coach.

Initially, I offer a free 30 minute telephone conversation, during which we look at a way forward relevant to the coachee. Coaching and mentoring can take place by phone, at coachee’s location or in Devon.

As a trained performance coach I coach people from all spheres and at all stages in their lives, working to help them to find clarity on a single area or to shape future developments. The work is about helping individuals to find their own solutions and could be a one off session or a series of sessions depending on the depth and clarity needed.

My clients include artists, designers, educators, charity and local authority workers to name a few. Coaching areas include goal setting, clarifying areas, working though an stumbling point, finding time/putting a plan together for you/your creative practice/family, working on limited beliefs, head clearing, preparing for a particular event and learning how to have non confrontational conversations.

“The coaching sessions have helped me set a new direction for myself. I feel much more motivated and confident now. By really listening to me, drawing out the salient points and asking pertinent questions, you helped me come up with the answers myself. It is funny as I had always had the information I needed but hadn't quite been able to piece it together for myself. It is amazing how small actions, such as putting a message on my phone can have such a large impact. Thank you!”
